Lent Fundraising 2026

To mark the beginning of Lent, our school community gathered with Father John on Ash Wednesday, where all young people had the opportunity to receive their ashes. Throughout the Lenten season, there will be many opportunities for prayer, reflection and almsgiving.

This year, Sinclair Academy is taking part in the Big Lent Walk for Water to support SCIAF's work in providing communities around the world with access to clean, safe water. During the final week of term, our whole school community will work together to walk the equivalent distance of the Blue Nile River (1,450 km), helping to raise vital funds for SCIAF.
